Clearway is a web app that shows what's still missing before a surgery, so gaps get closed days ahead and not discovered on the day. It follows each patient from first consultation through referrals to the operating table, and at every point it shows who currently holds the patient and which steps are still open. It is not a full health record. It stores only what the journey and readiness need.

DESIGN PROCESS
Different Stages of Designing
A four-stage process that I revisited as the design evolved.
Discover: Reviewed an existing clinical tool and framed the problem. Interviews are the next step.
Define: Wrote the problem statement and design problem, and set the main user (a surgical coordinator).
Ideate: Mapped the IA and user flows, then wireframed the core screens.
Design: Created the UI, visual style and reusable components.
